We are looking for an experienced Producer to join our team.

OUR CANDIDATE

• Has succesfull experience managing full-cycle projects in the multimedia/show/culture/exhibition sphere.
• Has experience in building client relationships, selling projects, negotiating budgets, and contract terms.
• Proficient in CG production.
• Familiar with  technologies like projections, holograms, XR/VR/AR, and knows how to utilize them.
• Fluent in English, with a minimum C1 level.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Gathering client briefs and presenting them for the team.
• Creating commercial proposals for clients (consolidating information from other departments).
• Presenting and defending commercial proposals and project schedules to clients.
• Managing the contracting process with clients (working with the Legal department of the studio).
• Leading the project team.
• Coordinating the team at various project stages (creative concept, content production, technical production, on-site implementation).

Duties to be performed:

SILA SVETA is excited to announce an opening for a Creative Director within our Museum and Exhibition Department, specializing in creating architecture and content for museums, exhibitions, parks, and demo centers with multimedia technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and art directors to develop concepts for both the exhibition and non-exhibition spaces of museums and individual installations, ensuring originality and avoiding plagiarism.
• Identify and recruit media artists and niche creative specialists alongside the project manager; oversee and coordinate additional participants.
• Develop the visual style of the project in collaboration with the art director.
• Design the creative mechanics of installations and user interaction scenarios with the art director and developer.
• Write synopses and directorial scripts for audiovisual and interactive content.
• Participate in and supervise the development of the scientific concept together with the creator.
• Participate in and oversee the development of exhibition lighting in collaboration with the lighting designer.
• Participate in and supervise the development of architectural, interior, and decorative solutions with architects and interior designers.
• Manage and oversee the creative implementation at all project stages, including briefing the team.
• Supervise the production, installation, and commissioning stages.
• Make key project decisions, manage client communications throughout the project alongside the producer, and ensure preparation and defense of presentations to clients.
• Balance achieving high-quality project outcomes with team development while maintaining team strength and motivation.
• Efficiently use team resources according to the work schedule and project budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Portfolio required.
• Excellent understanding of interactive content, user interaction mechanics, and museum and exhibition space market trends.
• Strong artistic sensibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in one of the 3D software packages such as Autodesk 3dsMax or Cinema 4D; Adobe Photoshop and ability to visualize ideas independently.
• Experience managing spaces larger than 1,000 square meters.
